Procurement Conditions

RFD and RFI linac system can be provided, tailored to your specific requirements, through a Development Contract. This contract will require a schedule of progress payments as outlined below:

First Installment -        30% of Contract Amount on initiation of Contract, covers
                                   Completion of all design documents,
                                   Critical Design Review,
                                   Initiation of fabrication of all major components.

Second Installment -    30% of Contract Amount when all major components are in fabrication, covers
                                    Completion of fabrication of all major components,
                                    Procurement of some commercial equipment systems,
                                    Specification and procurement of computer control system.

Third Installment -        20% of Contract Amount on start of Commissioning, covers
                                     Final Assembly,
                                     Systems Integration,
                                     Commissioning.

Fourth Installment -       20% of Contract Amount on acceptance by customer, covers
                                      Transfer and setup at customer's site,
                                      Instructional manuals,
                                      Basic operator training.
