Linac Systems, LLC has 600 square feet of business office space and
2,800 square feet of laboratory space.
The Linac Systems Laboratory has special capabilities to support research activities in the field of accelerator
technology including: a microwave cavity measurement capability; a vacuum leak checking capability; a lathe, mill
and saw medium metal machining capability; a welding capability; an rf power capability; an electronics
fabrication capability; basic computer controls capability; and numerous workbenches, oscilloscopes, and power
supplies. This laboratory houses our 2.5-MeV Prototype of a commercial proton linac system.
Linac Systems' extensive computational capabilities include multiple,
networked Pentium-based PC computers with associated laser and color ink
jet printers. Additional communications equipment includes one E-size
Pen Plotter, one HP ScanJet II scanner and multiple facsimile machines
and office copiers.
Linac Systems' office software includes: MicroSoft Office, Quicken
and Quickbooks, OmniPage, OmniForm, and DeskScan. All operating on Windows
2000 Professional. Linac Systems' technical software includes: SUPERFISH, POISSON,
PANDIRA, PARMILA, PARMELA, PARMTEQ, PARMIR, RFQSCOPE, TRACE, PARTRACE,
CHARGE, FORTRAN, TRANSPORT, AXCEL, AutoCAD, INVENTOR, FLOWPLUS, COSMOS/M, MODELER,

All employees and key associates have computers and associated software at their own
work sites with full communications capabilities. One member owns a family
of commercial thermal and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) codes.
